Capital University (Arabic: Jami'at al-Asima), until 2025 known as Helwan University, is a public university based in Helwan in southern Cairo, Egypt, with roots that reach back to technical and fine-arts schools founded in the 19th and early 20th centuries.首都大学（Capital University，阿拉伯语原名意为「首都大学」）在 2025 年之前名为赫勒万大学，是埃及开罗南部赫勒万地区的一所公立大学，其源流可追溯至 19 世纪与 20 世纪初创办的技术学校与美术学校。

History
