Scope

• The journal addresses both clinical and basic science issues related to cancer research and publishes high-quality clinical, translational and basic research on cancer prevention, initiation, progression and treatment.刊物同时关注癌症研究的临床与基础科学问题，发表癌症预防、发生、进展与治疗方面高质量的临床、转化与基础研究成果。

History

• The journal was established in 2009 as a quarterly publication, with Robert H. Weiss appointed as founding editor-in-chief, and its first issue appeared in December 2009.刊物于 2009 年创办，初为季刊，首任主编为（Robert H. Weiss），创刊号于 2009 年 12 月出版。
• It was indexed in Scopus and PubMed by 2013 and entered the Science Citation Index Expanded in 2017, when it received its first impact factor of 5.3.刊物 2013 年前后收录于（Scopus）与（PubMed），2017 年进入科学引文索引扩展版，同年获得首个影响因子 5.3。
• Growing submission volume drove a shift to monthly publication in 2016 and then to a semimonthly schedule in 2021.投稿量持续增长推动刊期由月刊（2016 年）进一步调整为半月刊（2021 年）。
• Samuel C. Mok of the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center has served as editor-in-chief since 2015.德克萨斯大学 MD Anderson 癌症中心的（Samuel C. Mok）自 2015 年起担任主编。

Editors

• The editor-in-chief is Samuel C. Mok, professor in the Department of Gynecologic Oncology and Reproductive Medicine at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, whose research spans ovarian cancer, the tumor microenvironment and diagnostic biomarkers.主编（Samuel C.
