Scope

• The journal provides a forum for original research and educational information relevant to the practice of cytopathology and its related oncologic disciplines该刊为细胞病理学及其相关肿瘤学学科的实践提供原创研究与教育信息的交流平台。

History

• It was conceived in 1992 as the first discipline-specific section of Cancer and appeared on 27 February 1997 carrying the designation of every third volume of Cancer alongside the parent journal该刊 1992 年构想为《Cancer》首个专科专栏，1997 年 2 月 27 日面世，与母刊并行刊出、沿用《Cancer》每第三卷的卷号。^[1]
