CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology is a gold open access artificial intelligence journal founded in 2016 by the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and Chongqing University of Technology, published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology and hosted on Wiley Online Library, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.1.《CAAI 智能技术汇刊》（CAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology）由中国人工智能学会与重庆理工大学于 2016 年创办，由英国工程技术学会（IET）出版并托管于（Wiley Online Library），采用金色开放获取，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.1。

Scope

• AI foundations begin with brain and cognitive science, linking biological perception and cognition to machine intelligence.人工智能基础首先包括脑与认知科学，将生物感知与认知同机器智能相联结。

History

• The journal was launched in 2016 by CAAI and Chongqing University of Technology as China's first comprehensive international artificial intelligence journal.本刊由（CAAI）与重庆理工大学于 2016 年创办，是中国人工智能界第一本综合性国际人工智能期刊。
• Its first volume was published by Elsevier, and the Institution of Engineering and Technology took over from volume 2 in 2017.首卷由（Elsevier）出版，英国工程技术学会（IET）自 2017 年第 2 卷起接任出版。
• It now appears on Wiley Online Library and is co-published with IET.期刊现托管于（Wiley Online Library），与（IET）联合出版。
• The journal is gold open access, so every article is free to read and download on publication.期刊采用金色开放获取，每篇文章发表后即可免费阅读与下载。

• Qionghai Dai of Tsinghua University, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, and Cesare Alippi of Politecnico di Milano are editors-in-chief.主编为清华大学的（Qionghai Dai）与米兰理工大学的（Cesare Alippi），前者为中国工程院院士。
• Dai works on brain and cognitive science, computational imaging and neuromorphic devices, while Alippi works on intelligence for the Internet of Things and embedded systems.（Qionghai Dai）研究脑与认知科学、计算成像与神经形态器件，（Cesare Alippi）研究物联网与嵌入式系统智能。
• Hong Liu of Peking University, whose field is computer vision and robotics, is executive editor-in-chief.北京大学的（Hong Liu）任执行主编，研究方向为计算机视觉与机器人。
