History

• Chemical & Engineering News was founded in 1923 and has been published by the American Chemical Society ever since, celebrating its centennial with a special issue on 14 August 2023（Chemical & Engineering News）创刊于 1923 年，此后一直由（American Chemical Society）出版，2023 年 8 月 14 日以百年特刊庆祝创刊百年。
• From Volume 94 in 2016 the online edition on the ACS publishing platform has carried the title C&EN Global Enterprise under EISSN 2474-7408, distinct from the print ISSN 0009-2347自 2016 年第 94 卷起，（ACS）出版平台上的在线版启用（C&EN Global Enterprise）刊名与（EISSN）2474-7408，与印刷版（ISSN）0009-2347 相区分。
• In 2023 the magazine moved from the ACS Communications Division back to the Publications Division, Michael McCoy served as interim editor in chief, and Mohammed Yahia was appointed editor in chief in June but died in August while travelling to the ACS Fall 2023 meeting2023 年该刊从（ACS）传播部门调回出版部门，（Michael McCoy）任临时主编，（Mohammed Yahia）于 6 月获任主编，但 8 月在前往（ACS Fall 2023）年会途中去世。
