Scope

History

• The journal was founded in June 2013 by Professor Wu Jun at the Institute of Burn Research of Southwest Hospital, then under the Third Military Medical University, and it was the first fully open access title for burns and trauma in the Asia-Pacific region该刊于 2013 年 6 月由吴军教授在西南医院烧伤研究所创立，该所当时隶属第三军医大学，此刊是亚太地区烧伤与创伤领域第一本完全开放获取期刊。
• It is the official journal of the Asia-Pacific Society of Scar Medicine, the Chinese Burn Association, the Chinese Burn Care and Rehabilitation Association and the Chinese Society for Scar Medicine, and is sponsored by the Institute of Burn Research of Southwest Hospital它是（Asia-Pacific Society of Scar Medicine）、（Chinese Burn Association）、（Chinese Burn Care and Rehabilitation Association）与（Chinese Society for Scar Medicine）的官方期刊，并由西南医院烧伤研究所资助主办。

Editors

• The editor-in-chief is Professor Wu Jun, a burn and reconstructive surgeon who founded the journal at Southwest Hospital and later led burn services in Shenzhen, serving also as chairman of the burn surgery branch of the Chinese Medical Association主编为吴军教授，他是烧伤与整形修复专家、该刊创办者，早年在西南医院创办烧伤研究所、后主持深圳的烧伤学科，并曾任中华医学会烧伤外科学分会主任委员。
