Brno University of Technology (BUT, in Czech Vysoké učení technické v Brně, VUT) is a public technical university in Brno, the historical capital of Moravia in the Czech Republic, founded on 19 September 1899 as the first Czech university in Moravia.布尔诺科技大学（Brno University of Technology，捷克语 Vysoké učení technické v Brně，简称 VUT）是捷克共和国摩拉维亚历史首府布尔诺的一所公立科技大学，1899 年 9 月 19 日创办，是摩拉维亚第一所捷克语高校。

History

• University education in Moravia was long dominated by the Jesuit-run University of Olomouc, where law teaching began in 1679 and where the Moravian nobility obtained the establishment of an Academy of Nobility in 1725.摩拉维亚的大学教育长期由耶稣会主导的奥洛穆茨大学把持；该校 1679 年开始教授法律，1725 年摩拉维亚贵族又促成贵族学院的设立。
