Briefings in Functional Genomics is a bimonthly journal published by Oxford University Press, founded in 2002 as Briefings in Functional Genomics and Proteomics and renamed in 2010. History

• The journal was launched in February 2002 by Henry Stewart Publications of London as Briefings in Functional Genomics and Proteomics.该刊 2002 年 2 月由伦敦的（Henry Stewart Publications）创办，原名为（Briefings in Functional Genomics and Proteomics）。
• Its first eight volumes appeared under that title, ending with volume 8, number 6, in November 2009.以原刊名出版的前八卷止于 2009 年 11 月的第 8 卷第 6 期。
• It took its present title, Briefings in Functional Genomics, in 2010 and is now published by Oxford University Press.2010 年改为现名（Briefings in Functional Genomics），现由（Oxford University Press）出版。
