Brain Circulation is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal devoted to the cerebral circulation, stroke and brain injury, launched in March 2015 and published by Wolters Kluwer Medknow, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.2.《脑循环》是一本聚焦脑循环、卒中与脑损伤的开放获取同行评审期刊，2015 年 3 月创刊，由（Wolters Kluwer Medknow）出版，2025 年影响因子为 5.2。

Scope

• Its core remit is cerebral perfusion, neuroprotection and functional recovery after stroke and brain injury, together with the mechanisms of collateral circulation.其核心报道范围是卒中与脑损伤后的脑灌注、神经保护与功能康复，以及侧支循环的形成机制。

History

• It was launched in March 2015 as a quarterly, with Xunming Ji, then a neurosurgeon at Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University, as founding Editor-in-Chief.该刊于 2015 年 3 月以季刊形式创刊，首任主编为当时在首都医科大学宣武医院工作的神经外科医生吉训明。

• The Editor-in-Chief is Xunming Ji, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering who served as president of Capital Medical University and built his clinical career at Xuanwu Hospital in Beijing.现任主编为吉训明，他是中国工程院院士，曾任首都医科大学校长，长期在宣武医院从事卒中临床与研究。
