Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University (Azerbaijani: Azərbaycan Dövlət Pedaqoji Universiteti), abbreviated ASPU, is a public university in Baku, Azerbaijan, devoted to the training of teachers and education professionals.阿塞拜疆国立师范大学（阿塞拜疆语：Azərbaycan Dövlət Pedaqoji Universiteti，缩写 ASPU）是阿塞拜疆巴库的一所公立大学，专事培养教师与教育专业人员。

History

In late 1920 an organising committee, or preparatory commission, was created to plan a pedagogical institute, with Fatullah Bey Rzabeyli as chairman and Habib Bey Mahmudbeyov and Rahim Jafarov as members.1920 年末，学校成立筹备委员会以筹划师范学院的设立，法图拉·贝伊·尔扎贝利任主席，哈比卜·贝伊·马哈茂德贝约夫与拉希姆·贾法罗夫任委员。
