Archives of Sexual Behavior
Archives of Sexual Behavior (commonly abbreviated as ''Arch. Sex. Behav.', CODEN ASXBA) is the official publication of the International Academy of Sex Research, published by Springer. It carries scientific research on sex, gender and sexuality and is a leading peer-reviewed journal in sexology and clinical psychology.Archives of Sexual Behavior（常用缩写 Arch. Sex. Scope
According to the aims published by the publisher, the journal is the official publication of the International Academy of Sex Research and publishes scientific research on sex, gender and sexuality. It invites contributions from multiple disciplines including anthropology, biology, history, law, medicine, psychiatry, psychology and sociology, and accepts both quantitative and qualitative empirical research, theoretical reviews and essays, clinical case reports, and letters to the editor.根据出版商公布的办刊宗旨，该刊作为国际性研究学会（International Academy of Sex Research）的官方刊物，刊载关于性、性别与性欲的科学研究，欢迎包括人类学、生物学、历史学、法学、医学、精神病学、心理学与社会学在内的多个学科投稿，稿件形式包括定量与定性的实证研究、理论综述与评论、临床病例报告以及致编辑的信。[1]

The selection logic of the journal is therefore distinctly interdisciplinary, allowing it to accommodate both quantitative experimental research and qualitative sociocultural analysis in the same volume. History
- 1971: the journal was founded by Richard Green and initially published by Plenum Press in New York, with Green serving as Editor-in-Chief until 2001. Editors
The journal has one Editor-in-Chief supported by a number of editorial board members.
