Aquatic Toxicology

Aquatic Toxicology is a journal of aquatic toxicology published by Elsevier since 1981, covering the effects of harmful substances on aquatic organisms and ecosystems, with a 2024 impact factor of 4.6（Aquatic Toxicology，简称 Aquat. History

• Founded in 1981 by Donald C. Malins and Arne Jensen as a proprietary journal of Elsevier, published in Amsterdam in its early years该刊 1981 年由 Donald C. Malins 与 Arne Jensen 创办，为 Elsevier 自有刊，早期在阿姆斯特丹出版。
• Malins served as editor-in-chief from 1980 to 1995, with the founding aim of understanding how chemicals enter aquatic systems and their effects at different levels of biological organisationMalins 于 1980 至 1995 年任主编，其宗旨是理解化学物质如何进入水生系统及其在不同生物组织层级的影响。
