Aquaculture and Fisheries

Aquaculture and Fisheries is a bimonthly open access journal published by KeAi, the Beijing-based joint venture of China Science Publishing & Media and Elsevier, sponsored by Shanghai Ocean University with crucial support from the China Society of Fisheries, founded in 2016 and covering multidisciplinary research in aquaculture and fisheries, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.0.《水产养殖与渔业》（Aquaculture and Fisheries）是由（KeAi）出版的开放获取双月刊，（KeAi）是中国科技出版传媒与（Elsevier）在北京合办的出版机构，本刊由上海海洋大学主办、中国水产学会提供重要支持，2016 年创刊，涵盖水产养殖与渔业的多学科研究，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.0。

• Aquaculture and aquaculture engineering, covering culture practice, system design and production management.水产养殖与水产养殖工程，涵盖养殖生产、系统设计与经营管理。
• Management in aquaculture and aquaculture nutrition, including feeds, feeding strategies and stock management.水产养殖管理与水产动物营养，包括饲料、投喂策略与群体管理。
• Disease and immunology, together with fish physiology and endocrinology.水产动物病害与免疫学，以及鱼类生理学与内分泌学。
• Fish biochemistry, genetics and molecular biology, including genetic engineering and biotechnology of aquatic organisms.鱼类生物化学、遗传学与分子生物学，包括水生生物基因工程与生物技术。
• Aquatic biology, environment and ecology, together with aquatic ecological conservation and restoration techniques.水生生物学、环境与生态学，以及水生态保护与修复技术。
• Fishery resource habitats and management, including the application of GIS in fisheries.渔业资源栖息地与管理，包括地理信息系统在渔业中的应用。

History

• Approved for founding in November 2015, the journal published volume 1 in December 2016 and was the first English-language fisheries journal approved for publication in mainland China.本刊于 2015 年 11 月获批创办，2016 年 12 月出版第 1 卷，是中国大陆首个正式获批的水产类英文期刊。
• The journal is sponsored by Shanghai Ocean University with crucial support from the China Society of Fisheries, and copyright in published articles is transferred to Shanghai Ocean University.本刊由上海海洋大学主办、中国水产学会提供重要支持，论文版权转让给上海海洋大学。

• Yong Chen of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, Jianfang Gui of the Institute of Hydrobiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Shuolin Huang of Shanghai Ocean University are the editors-in-chief.美国纽约州立大学石溪分校的（Yong Chen）、中国科学院水生生物研究所的（Jianfang Gui）与上海海洋大学的（Shuolin Huang）担任共同主编。
