Annals of GIS is a peer-reviewed open access journal published by Taylor & Francis, founded in 1995 as the journal of the Association of Chinese Professionals in Geographic Information Systems and renamed Annals of GIS in 2009, devoted to theory, methods, development and applications in geo-information science, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 4.8《地理信息系统年鉴》是（Taylor & Francis）出版的同行评审开放获取期刊，1995 年创刊时为国际华人地理信息科学协会（CPGIS）的会刊，2009 年改为现名，聚焦地理信息科学的理论、方法、发展与应用，2025 年影响因子为 4.8。

Scope

• The journal publishes interdisciplinary research on the theory, methods, development and applications of geo-information science, connecting researchers in the region with the wider international scientific community期刊发表地理信息科学理论、方法、发展与应用的跨学科研究，联结地区学者与更广大的国际科学界。

History

• The journal was founded in 1995 under the title Geographic Information Sciences, as a journal of the Association of Chinese Professionals in Geographic Information Systems, which itself was established in 1992该刊于 1995 年以（Geographic Information Sciences）为名创刊，是国际华人地理信息科学协会（CPGIS）的刊物，该协会成立于 1992 年。
• It adopted the current title Annals of GIS in 2009, when the journal was in its fifteenth volume该刊于 2009 年（第 15 卷）启用现名《地理信息系统年鉴》。
• It is published by Taylor & Francis in the United Kingdom and appears quarterly, four issues a year该刊由英国（Taylor & Francis）出版，每年出版 4 期。
