Annals of Dermatology is the bimonthly peer-reviewed journal of the Korean Dermatological Association and the Korean Society for Investigative Dermatology, published in Seoul since 1989 and open to skin research from any country.《皮肤病学纪事》是韩国皮肤科学会与韩国皮肤科研学会共同出版的同行评审双月刊，1989 年在首尔创刊，稿件来自世界各地。

Clinical and laboratory work share the same pages, and the 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 1.9 puts the title in the third quartile of dermatology, at 58 of 99 journals.临床研究与实验室研究共用版面，2025 年影响因子为 1.9，在皮肤科学类目 99 种期刊中列第 58 位，处于第三四分位。

Nothing sits behind a paywall, so every accepted paper can be read on the day it appears, and the licence allows reuse for teaching and other non-commercial purposes.全文不设付费墙，录用的论文在刊出当天即可阅读，许可允许用于教学与其他非商业用途。

Scope

• The aims and scope statement sets the frame at every stage of skin research, from laboratory investigation to clinical outcome, and it invites work from any country where good dermatology is done.宗旨把范围定在皮肤研究的各个阶段，从实验室探索到临床结局，来自任何做出优秀皮肤科工作的国家的稿件都受欢迎。

• Inflammatory disease forms the largest single block of papers, with atopic dermatitis and psoriasis at its centre, and chronic urticaria, contact dermatitis and other eczematous conditions beside them.炎症性皮肤病构成最大的一块，特应性皮炎与银屑病居其中心，慢性荨麻疹、接触性皮炎与其他湿疹类疾病紧随其后。

• Infections of the skin earn full treatment, whether bacterial, viral, fungal or parasitic, and the Korean caseload gives papers on herpes zoster, tinea and leprosy a distinctive base.皮肤感染同样受到重视，除细菌与病毒感染外，真菌和寄生虫所致者也在范围内，韩国本地病例使带状疱疹与癣病的研究别具基础。

History

• The first volume appeared in 1989 under the two societies that still own the title, and the journal has carried the same name for thirty-eight volumes without a change.第 1 卷于 1989 年问世，创办者为两家至今仍拥有该刊的学会，刊名沿用到第 38 卷从未更改。

• Won Houh led the first editorial board from 1989 to 1992, and five editors have followed him, with Eun-So Lee holding the post from 2013 to 2022.首届主编为（Won Houh），任期 1989 至 1992 年，此后又有五位主编接任，其中（Eun-So Lee）任期 2013 至 2022 年。

• Publication began twice a year, moved to four issues in 1995 and settled at six in 2014 on a bimonthly rhythm, so a volume now runs from February to December.创刊时为半年刊，1995 年改为每年 4 期，2014 年起固定为每年 6 期，一卷从 2 月排到 12 月。

Editors

• Soyun Cho of Seoul National University holds the editorship and works with a deputy and four associate editors, with the top post renewed every five years under the journal's own policy.主编为（Soyun Cho），来自首尔国立大学，与一名副主编和四名助理编辑共事，主编任期每五年更新一次。

• Kyung Ho Lee of the Catholic University serves as deputy editor, and the same name appears as publication director on the standing committee of the Korean Dermatological Association.副主编为（Kyung Ho Lee），来自韩国天主教大学，同一姓名也出现在韩国皮肤科学会常务委员会的出版理事名单中。

• A publication fee of 800 US dollars applies to original and review articles, half that for brief reports, while colour figures cost nothing and reprints are ordered separately.原创论文与综述的出版费为 800 美元，简报减半，彩色图版不另收费，抽印本另行订购。

• Use of large language models must be declared, AI cannot appear as an author, and generated or manipulated clinical images are refused outright by the editorial office.使用大语言模型须作声明，人工智能不得列为作者，生成或篡改的临床图像一律不予接收。

• Papers from board members take the ordinary route, an editor never handles a manuscript of his own, and a standing fifteen-member ethics committee works under two-year terms.编委来稿走常规流程，编辑不处理本人稿件，常设的十五人伦理委员会按两年一届运作。
