Annals of Agricultural Sciences is a semiannual open access journal published by Elsevier on behalf of the Faculty of Agriculture of Ain Shams University in Cairo, the official journal of that faculty since 1956, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 4.3 and a CiteScore of 8.2《农业科学年鉴》是（Elsevier）代开罗爱因沙姆斯大学农学院出版的半年一期开放获取期刊，自 1956 年起即为该学院的官方刊物，2025 年期刊影响因子为 4.3，CiteScore 为 8.2。

Scope

• It publishes original research articles and review articles on experimental and modelling research carried out at laboratory, field, farm, landscape and industrial levels它发表在实验室、田间、农场、景观与工业尺度上开展的实验研究与建模研究的原创论文与综述。
• The stated goal is to maximise the quality of the agricultural sector across the globe with emphasis on the Arabian countries, by publishing applicable high-quality research and new methods that raise the quality and quantity of plant and animal yields and of final products其宗旨是提升全球农业部门的质量、尤以阿拉伯国家为重心，方式是发表高质量的适用性研究，以及提高植物与动物产量和最终产品质量与数量的新方法。
• The covered fields include animal and plant physiology, animal breeding and nutrition, and animal and plant biotechnology所涉领域包括动物与植物生理学、动物育种与营养，以及动物与植物生物技术。
• Animal and plant molecular biology, genetic diversity in animal and plant species, food science and technology, and medicinal plants and natural active compounds are also in scope动物与植物分子生物学、动物与植物物种的遗传多样性、食品科学与技术，以及药用植物与天然活性成分同样在范围之内。
• Plant production and management including irrigation, fertilization and soil management, plant ecophysiology, plant ecology, plant nutrition, soil sciences and fertility, and plant-soil relationships form a large part of the remit作物生产与管理（含灌溉、施肥与土壤管理）、植物生态生理学、植物生态学、植物营养、土壤科学与土壤肥力以及植物与土壤的关系构成其业务范围的重要部分。

History

• The journal began in Cairo in June 1956 as the journal of the Faculty of Agriculture of Ain Shams University and has been issued twice a year, with Volume 71 appearing in 2025该刊 1956 年 6 月在开罗创刊，是爱因沙姆斯大学农学院的院刊，长期为每年两期，2025 年出版第 71 卷。
