Animals

Animals is an international open access journal from MDPI that publishes research on any subject involving animals, from zoology and animal science to welfare and ethics.《Animals》是 MDPI 出版的国际开放获取期刊，发表涉及动物的各类研究，范围从动物学、动物科学延伸到动物福利与动物伦理。

It appears semimonthly and is affiliated with the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums, the European College of Animal Welfare and Behavioural Medicine and the Federation of European Laboratory Animal Science Associations.期刊为半月刊，与世界动物园与水族馆协会、欧洲动物福利与行为医学学院以及欧洲实验动物科学联合会保持隶属关系。

Scope

History

• MDPI launched the journal in 2010, and the first volume appeared in 2011 from the publisher's Basel office.MDPI 于 2010 年创办该刊，第一卷于 2011 年由出版商在巴塞尔出版。
