The American University of Beirut (AUB) is a private, non-sectarian university chartered in the state of New York, whose main campus stands on a hill in the Ras Beirut district overlooking the Mediterranean Sea on one side and Bliss Street on the other.贝鲁特美国大学（American University of Beirut，缩写 AUB）是一所在美国纽约州获特许状设立的私立无宗派大学，主校区坐落于贝鲁特拉乌什区的一处山丘上，一侧俯瞰地中海，另一侧以布利斯街为界。

History
