American Journal of Enology and Viticulture

American Journal of Enology and Viticulture is the official journal of the American Society for Enology and Viticulture, and it publishes research on grape growing and on the making of wine from Davis in California.《美国酿酒与葡萄栽培杂志》是美国酿酒与葡萄栽培学会的机关刊物，在加州戴维斯出版葡萄种植与葡萄酒酿造方面的研究。

History
