Alzheimers & Dementia-Translational Research & Clinical Interventions
Alzheimer's & Dementia: Translational Research & Clinical Interventions (TRCI) is an open access journal of the Alzheimer's Association published by Wiley, launched in 2015 as the online companion of Alzheimer's & Dementia and devoted to moving therapeutic discovery from the bench to the clinic, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 7.4 and a rank of 21st among 296 clinical neurology journals《阿尔茨海默病与痴呆:转化研究与临床干预》(Alzheimer's & Dementia:Translational Research & Clinical Interventions,简称 TRCI)是(Alzheimer's Association)拥有、由(Wiley)出版的全开放获取期刊,2015 年作为《阿尔茨海默病与痴呆》的在线姊妹刊创办,专注把治疗研发从实验室推进到临床,2025 年影响因子 7.4,在 296 种临床神经学期刊中列第 21 位。
Scope
- Discovery work and preclinical development form the first axis, spanning target validation, protein chemistry, cell biology and mechanistic or exploratory animal models of neurodegeneration发现研究与临床前开发构成第一条主线,涵盖靶点验证、蛋白质化学、细胞生物学以及神经退行性变的机制性与探索性动物模型。
- Clinical trials and their methodology are central, including trial design, neuropsychological rating scales, outcome measurement and research informatics临床试验及其方法学居核心位置,包括试验设计、神经心理学评定量表、结局测量与研究信息学。
- Biomarkers and neuroimaging are treated as instruments of therapeutic development rather than as ends in themselves, from amyloid and tau assays to molecular imaging生物标志物与神经影像被视为治疗研发的工具而非目的本身,从淀粉样蛋白与 τ 蛋白检测到分子影像均在其列。
- The journal covers drugs, biologics and devices alongside psychotherapeutic, psychosocial and non-pharmacological interventions for dementia and age-related cognitive decline该刊覆盖药物、生物制品与器械,也覆盖针对痴呆与年龄相关认知衰退的心理治疗、心理社会与非药物干预。
- Regulatory science, health economics, pharmacoeconomics and public health policy are within scope where they bear on preclinical or clinical therapeutic research监管科学、卫生经济学、药物经济学与公共卫生政策只要涉及临床前或临床治疗研究,即属收稿范围。
- Contributions from geriatrics, neurology, psychiatry, neurophysiology and clinical psychology are welcomed when they address the continuum of therapy development rather than a single step in it来自老年医学、神经病学、精神病学、神经生理学与临床心理学的稿件,只要着眼于治疗研发的连续链条而非其中单一步骤,均在欢迎之列。
- Only original contributions are considered, in the forms of feature length research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, brief reports, narrative reviews, commentaries, letters, perspectives and research news该刊只接受原创性稿件,形式包括全文研究论文、系统综述、荟萃分析、简报、叙述性综述、评论、读者来信、观点与研究动态。
History
- The journal was launched in 2015 by the Alzheimer's Association as an open access, online only companion to its flagship title, giving translational and trial science a dedicated outlet within the Association's journal family该刊由(Alzheimer's Association)于 2015 年创办,是其旗舰刊的全开放获取在线姊妹刊,使转化研究与试验科学在学会的期刊系列中获得专属发表平台。
- Lon S. Schneider of the University of Southern California in Los Angeles served as founding editor and is now recorded as founding and emeritus editor-in-chief美国洛杉矶(University of Southern California)的(Lon S. Schneider)为创刊主编,现列为创刊暨荣休主编。
- Publication is handled by Wiley on behalf of the Association, with articles deposited in PubMed Central on publication and indexing in the Emerging Sources Citation Index, Scopus and the Directory of Open Access Journals出版事务由(Wiley)代表学会承担,文章发表即存入(PubMed Central),并被(Emerging Sources Citation Index)、(Scopus)与(Directory of Open Access Journals)收录。
- There is no print edition at all, and the journal is deposited in full in PubMed Central, with the National Library of Medicine recording it as a companion to the flagship title该刊完全没有纸本版,全文存入(PubMed Central),(National Library of Medicine)将其著录为旗舰刊的姊妹刊。
- Authors who are members of the International Society to Advance Alzheimer's Research and Treatment receive a discount on the article processing charge, a policy shared across the Association's journal portfolio加入(International Society to Advance Alzheimer's Research and Treatment)的作者可享受文章处理费折扣,这一政策通行于该学会的整个期刊系列。
- Its impact factor rose from 6.8 in 2024 to 7.4 in 2025, placing it in the first quartile of both clinical neurology and neurosciences该刊影响因子由 2024 年的 6.8 升至 2025 年的 7.4,在临床神经学与神经科学两个类别均居第一四分位。
Editors
- The editor-in-chief is Barry D. Greenberg of the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, a neuroscientist who leads the institution's Alzheimer's Disease Translational Center现任主编为(Johns Hopkins University)医学院的(Barry D. Greenberg),这位神经科学家主持该校阿尔茨海默病转化中心。
- Six senior associate editors support the editor-in-chief, among them Steven T. DeKosky in Gainesville, Miia Kivipelto in Stockholm, Simon Lovestone and Rupert McShane in Oxford, Mary Sano in New York and Hiroko Dodge in Portland六位资深副主编协助主编工作,包括美国盖恩斯维尔的(Steven T.
