Allergologie select

Allergologie select is an open-access journal of clinical and experimental allergology published by Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle since 2017 as the English-language companion to the German journal Allergologie, and it has been an official journal of the German Society for Allergology and Clinical Immunology since 2021, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.1.《变态反应学选辑》（Allergologie select）是（Dustri-Verlag Dr. Karl Feistle）自 2017 年起出版的开放获取变态反应学刊物，也是德文期刊（Allergologie）的英文姊妹刊，自 2021 年起与前者共同成为（German Society for Allergology and Clinical Immunology）的官方期刊，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.1。

Scope

• The journal covers the whole of allergology, from experimental mechanisms to clinical practice in dermatology, pneumology, otorhinolaryngology, paediatrics and occupational medicine.本刊覆盖变态反应学全领域，从实验机制到皮肤科、呼吸科、耳鼻咽喉科、儿科与职业医学的临床实践。

History

• The title was launched in 2017 as the English-language open-access companion to Allergologie, the German-language allergy journal that Dustri-Verlag has published since 1978.本刊于 2017 年创刊，是（Dustri-Verlag）自 1978 年起出版的德文变态反应学期刊（Allergologie）的英文开放获取姊妹刊。
