Scope

• The journal is an international publication devoted to publishing high quality papers in the field of engineering and applied science, with peer review under the responsibility of the Faculty of Engineering of Alexandria University.本刊是致力于发表工程与应用科学领域高质量论文的国际期刊，同行评审由亚历山大大学工程学院负责。
• Papers are grouped into five sections: Mechanical, Production, Marine and Textile Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Nuclear Engineering, Civil and Architecture Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Applied Sciences, and Environmental Engineering.刊物论文按五个板块分组：机械、生产、船舶与纺织工程；电气工程、计算机科学与核工程；土木与建筑工程；化学工程与应用科学；环境工程。

History

• The journal was founded in 1988, when the separate sections of the Bulletin of the Faculty of Engineering of Alexandria University were brought together under the new title, an introductory volume having appeared in October 1987.本刊于 1988 年创刊，由亚历山大大学工程学 Bulletin 的各分册合并而成，改用新刊名前曾于 1987 年 10 月出版介绍性卷期。^[3]
