Al Ain University

Al Ain University (AAU), known in Arabic as جامعة العين, is a private university in the United Arab Emirates with two campuses, one in Al Ain and the other in Abu Dhabi, established in 2004 and admitting its first students in 2005.艾因大学（英语：Al Ain University，简称 AAU；阿拉伯语：جامعة العين）是阿拉伯联合酋长国的一所私立大学，设有艾因与阿布扎比两个校区，2004 年创办、2005 年迎来首批学生。

History

• Al Ain University was established in 2004 as Al Ain University of Science and Technology, in response to guidance from Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the first President of the UAE, and in full commitment to the rules of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.艾因大学于 2004 年以「艾因科学与技术大学」（Al Ain University of Science and Technology）之名创办，其缘起于阿联酋首任总统谢赫·扎耶德·本·苏尔坦·阿勒纳哈扬（Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan）的指引，并严格遵守高等教育与科学研究部的规定。
