Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

Advances in Electrical and Electronic Engineering is a peer-reviewed scientific periodical on electrical and electronic engineering, published by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science of VSB–Technical University of Ostrava in the Czech Republic.《电气与电子工程进展》是刊载电气与电子工程成果的同行评议科学期刊，由捷克俄斯特拉发技术大学电气工程与计算机科学学院出版。

It began as a journal of the Slovak universities and now stands at volume 24, with four issues a year and a 2025 impact factor of 1.3.该刊起初是斯洛伐克诸校的刊物，如今出至第 24 卷，每年四期，2025 年的影响因子为 1.3。

Its field of view runs from power engineering and control through computing and applied mathematics to semiconductor devices, and the papers come from a genuinely international authorship.其学科视野从电力工程与控制一路延伸到计算与应用数学，直至半导体器件，论文作者来自多地，国际色彩浓厚。

Scope

• The journal describes itself as a peer-reviewed periodical scientific journal, whose purpose is to publish the research results of the areas it lists.刊物自述是一份经同行评议的科学期刊，目的在于发表其所列各领域的研究成果。

• A further aim is to act as a link between research centres and industry, and the editors say they want to publish work of high scientific quality from established teams, from experienced writers and from those at the start of their careers.另一重目标是为研究中心与产业之间牵线，编辑表示希望发表高质量的科研作品，既有来自成熟团队的，也有来自资深作者与初入研究之门者的。

• Every article is put through an anonymous review by at least two independent expert referees before it appears.每篇文章在见刊之前，都须交由至少两位独立专家匿名评审。

• Under electrical and electronic engineering the journal lists power engineering and electrical engineering, information and safety-related systems, information and communication technologies and services, and control engineering.在电气与电子工程一组，刊物列有电力工程与电气工程、信息与安全相关系统、信息与通信技术及服务，以及控制工程。

History

• The volume sequence places the first number in 2003, with volume 9 appearing in 2011 and volume 24 in 2026, one volume for each year in between.卷号序列把首卷定位在 2003 年，第 9 卷见于 2011 年，第 24 卷见于 2026 年，其间每年一卷。

• In its early years the journal was issued in Slovakia by the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the University of Žilina together with the Faculty of Mechatronics of the University of Trenčín.早期该刊在斯洛伐克发行，由日利纳大学电气工程学院与 Trenčín 大学机电学院合办。

Editors

• The journal is led by an editor-in-chief, Tan N. Nguyen, who heads the communications and signal processing research group at Ton Duc Thang University in Ho Chi Minh City and has held the post since 2023.该刊由主编（Tan N. Nguyen）主持，他任胡志明市东德大学通信与信号处理研究组负责人，自 2023 年起担任此职。
