• Its founding editors-in-chief were Kenneth J. MacCallum of the Marine Technology Centre in Glasgow and Ram D. Sriram of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology其创刊主编为格拉斯哥（Marine Technology Centre）的（Kenneth J. MacCallum）与麻省理工学院的（Ram D. Sriram）。
