History

• The journal was launched in 2022 by Springer Nature in collaboration with the Shanghai Institute of Nutrition and Health of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the first volume appeared in the same year该刊于 2022 年由施普林格自然联合中国科学院上海营养与健康研究所创办，第一卷同年出版。
