Adductor canal

The adductor canal, also known as the subsartorial canal or Hunter's canal, is an aponeurotic tunnel in the middle third of the thigh that transmits the femoral artery, the femoral vein and two branches of the femoral nerve.

It runs from the apex of the femoral triangle to the adductor hiatus, and cadaveric series place its mean length at about 10.5 cm.
