Acta Physico-Chimica Sinica is a peer-reviewed Chinese-language journal of physical chemistry founded in 1985 and co-sponsored by the Chinese Chemical Society and Peking University, published by Elsevier on behalf of the College of Chemistry and Molecular Engineering at Peking University, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 13.5《物理化学学报》（Acta Physico-Chimica Sinica）是 1985 年创刊的同行评审中文学术期刊，由中国化学会与北京大学共同主办，现由（Elsevier）代表（Peking University）化学与分子工程学院出版，2025 年影响因子为 13.5。

Scope

• The journal reports new and original experimental and theoretical basic research of interest to physical chemists, biophysical chemists and materials physical chemists该刊发表物理化学、生物物理化学与材料物理化学领域具有原创性的实验与基础理论研究。^[1]
• It covers thermodynamics, kinetics and structural chemistry, theoretical and computational chemistry, electrochemistry and new energy刊载范围包括热力学、动力学与结构化学，理论与计算化学，电化学与新能源。
• It also covers biophysical chemistry, colloid and interface chemistry, catalysis and surface science, photocatalysis and radiation chemistry, and materials physical chemistry亦涵盖生物物理化学、胶体与界面化学、催化与表面科学、光化学与辐射化学以及材料物理化学。^[2]
• Manuscripts that mainly report data, apply data or review the literature are not suitable for publication以报告数据、数据应用或文献综述为主的稿件不予刊用。
• The journal offers columns including communications, perspectives, accounts, reviews, articles and highlights设有通讯、展望、专论、综述、论文、亮点等栏目。
• Its mission is to lead the frontiers of physical chemistry, serve national strategic needs and promote academic exchange其宗旨为引领物理化学前沿、服务国家战略需求并促进学术交流。

History

• The journal was founded in 1985 and appears monthly该刊 1985 年创刊，按月出版。
• It is supervised by the China Association for Science and Technology and co-sponsored by the Chinese Chemical Society and Peking University由中国科学技术协会主管，中国化学会与北京大学共同主办。
