Scope

• The journal welcomes research articles covering all aspects of structural biology, with particular emphasis on the structures of biological macromolecules or the methods used to determine them该刊接收涵盖结构生物学各方面的研究论文，重点关注生物大分子的结构以及确定这些结构所用的方法。

History

• The Section D series began in 1993 under the title Acta Crystallographica Section D: Biological Crystallography, and the union's own impact factor record for the title starts with the year 1994D 辑系列于 1993 年以《晶体学学报 D 辑：生物晶体学》为刊名创刊，晶体学联合会自有的影响因子记录也从 1994 年开始。
• The present title and the ISSN 2059-7983 date from 2016, when the journal restarted its numbering with volume 72 in January 2016 under a new electronic ISSN现行刊名与（ISSN 2059-7983）自 2016 年启用，当年 1 月以第 72 卷重新编卷，并改用新的电子（ISSN）。
