History

• The journal was launched in 2021 as one of nine gold open access ACS Au journals created in response to funding mandates for open access该刊于 2021 年创刊，是（ACS）为回应资助方开放获取要求而推出的九种金色开放获取（ACS Au）期刊之一。
• Its inaugural issue appeared on 8 September 2021, and the inaugural editorial, ACS Materials Au: Open for You, was written by the deputy editor Stephanie L. Brock with the associate editors Maksym V. Kovalenko and Mary Ann Meador其创刊号于 2021 年 9 月 8 日出版，创刊社论（ACS Materials Au: Open for You）由副主编（Stephanie L. Brock）与副编辑（Maksym V.
