Scope

• Materials, technologies, processes, data analytics and engineered systems that manage, protect and remediate air, water and soil quality define the core of the journal.用于管理、保护与修复大气、水与土壤质量的材料、技术、工艺、数据分析与工程系统，构成本刊核心。
• Waste treatment and resource recovery are covered, including recycling, valorisation and energy recovery from solid and liquid wastes.废物处理与资源回收在覆盖范围内，包括固体与液体废物的循环利用、增值化与能量回收。

History

• ACS announced the title in 2020 as the fourth member of the ES&T family, alongside Environmental Science & Technology, ES&T Letters and ACS ES&T Water, and opened it to submissions on 2 June 2020.（ACS）于 2020 年公布该刊，作为（Environmental Science & Technology）家族继（Environmental Science & Technology）、（ES&T Letters）与（ACS ES&T Water）之后的第四个成员，并于 2020 年 6 月 2 日开始收稿。
• The first issue appeared in January 2021 as volume 1, issue 1, after ASAP articles from September 2020, and the first twelve issues carried 157 papers.首期于 2021 年 1 月以第 1 卷第 1 期出版，此前自 2020 年 9 月起先发布 ASAP 文章，最初十二期共刊出 157 篇论文。
