ACM Transactions on Internet Technology (TOIT) is a quarterly journal of the Association for Computing Machinery, established in 2001, that publishes research on the design, use, analysis, engineering and governance of the Internet and Internet-scale systems, with a 2025 Journal Impact Factor of 5.1.《ACM 互联网技术汇刊》（ACM Transactions on Internet Technology，TOIT）是美国计算机协会 2001 年创办的季刊，发表互联网及互联网规模系统的设计、使用、分析、工程与治理研究，2025 年期刊影响因子为 5.1。

Scope

History

• The journal was established in the summer of 2001, and its first issue, volume 1 number 1, appeared in August 2001.本刊于 2001 年夏创办，第 1 卷第 1 期于 2001 年 8 月出版。
